SIBF Direct Path candidates should be C-level executives and/or senior leaders who are actively involved in international matters or currently in the process of expanding internationally and have a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership and achievement. Applicants must have the time and resources available to be active in SIBF on an ongoing basis. Character and integrity must be without question.
SIBF Leadership Academy candidates should be high potential leaders, age 30 to 45, with a demonstrated interest in international business and culture, and have a minimum of five years of work experience with increasing leadership responsibilities. Participants must demonstrate a commitment to the Academy and its curriculum, and upon completion, to becoming an active SIBF member. Character and integrity must be without question.
